ByteSnap’s embedded design consultants have reached the finals of top electronics industry awards at national and European level.

Our engineers are finalists in the European Electronics Industry Awards (ELEKTRAs) Design Team of the Year Category. The ELEKTRAs celebrates the achievements of individuals and businesses across Europe in key areas such as innovation and growth.
It’s deja-vu for our team, who won the accolade in 2011 – and are excited to have a chance of repeating their success.
Top Electronics Industry Awards: BEEAs
We’re also excited to have been shortlisted in the same category at the British Engineering Excellence Awards (BEEAs)!
Together with smart home security company Cocoon we’ve been nominated for design work on Cocoon’s smart home security system.
The BEEAs is an annual showcase of the UK’s design engineering success – with winning entries ranging from chip designs to pipe laying systems. It’s where ByteSnap fought off stiff competition to scoop the BEEA Consultancy of the Year accolade in 2013.

“It’s fantastic that our innovation and technical ingenuity has been noticed by both the ELEKTRA and BEEA judges,” says ByteSnap Director Dunstan Power. “We’re always striving to push the boundaries of what’s possible in order to provide the best, most competitive solutions for our clients, whilst also delivering on value and customer service.
“Of course, it would be fantastic to win – who wouldn’t want to?! But it’s tough enough to get to the finals of these electronics industry events as it is. I’m grateful ByteSnap has been nominated for the Design Team of the Year award.”
Winners of the BEEAs will be announced at the Honourable Artillery Company in London, on 6th October…
